How long we keep information
We will normally keep your information throughout the period of time we are processing your project or enquiry and afterwards for a period of at least five years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year.
We retain project files, including email correspondence relating to projects for a period of at least five years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year. If a client would like us to delete the files provided to us at the end of the project, then this will be actioned upon their request.
